About the National Association of Bail Agents (NABA)
Who We Are
The National Association of Bail Agents (NABA) is a professional organization committed to upholding the highest standards of practice within the bail bond industry. Established to represent, educate, and provide resources for bail agents across the United States, NABA serves as a collective voice advocating for the sustainability and advancement of the secured bail system.
NABA is unique as it is the ONLY national bail association that includes the ever-important arm of our industry, fugitive recovery agents. This inclusion underscores our comprehensive approach to addressing all facets of the bail system.
Our mission is to foster a resilient and effective secured bail system that ensures public safety while preserving the constitutional rights of the accused. We aim to set industry benchmarks and serve as a template for bail systems not just within the U.S. but around the globe.
Our Executive Board is a team of seasoned professionals deeply entrenched in various facets of the bail industry, including the critical area of fugitive recovery. They offer a wealth of experience, industry insights, and an unwavering commitment to the cause. Supported by various other leadership roles such as the Treasurer, Secretary, and Sergeant-at-Arms, the board is responsible for steering NABA in fulfilling its mission and objectives.
